Here is a fresh-refreshing sauce suitable especially this season
- 2 cucumbers,
- 500 g thick yogurt (goat),
- 4 cloves of garlic,
- 4 tablespoons olive oil,
- 1 teaspoon cumin (optional),
- 2 wire marar,
- 1 pickled cucumber (optional),
- olives, salt and pepper to taste

RECIPE PREPARATION Sos Tzatzichi:
Cut the pickled cucumber into cubes and set aside. Peel a squash, grate it and put it in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and let the juice come out of it for 1 hour. Peel the garlic and mix with two tablespoons of oil. Squeeze the cucumbers between the palms, mix with the yogurt, garlic and remaining oil and season with salt and pepper. Put Tzatzichi in bowls, garnish with dill leaves, two olives and diced pickles, sprinkle cumin on top.
