-We start by boiling a pot of water and salt

-boil the pasta / macaroni according to the instructions on the package

-finely chop the onion, put it to harden in a little oil,

- when it has become glassy, ​​add the minced meat, keep it until the meat is slightly browned and reduce the juice, salt, pepper, add a little sweet paprika - then prepare the Bechamel sauce:

-over the butter put in a melted bowl, add the flour, mix well and hold for a few seconds

-at this moment we start to add the milk in a thin thread, stirring continuously with a whisk (recommended to pour and mix at the same time)

-hold on the fire until it thickens a little, add white pepper and a little salt

-having all this ready we start the assembly:

-Grease a pan (30/20 cm) with butter / oil and sprinkle a little breadcrumbs

-add a layer 1/2 of the cooked and drained pasta, add 1/2 of the amount of sauce, add and level the hardened meat, place a few slices of tomatoes, add the other 1/2 of the pasta and pour the rest of the sauce on top.

-bake until nicely browned, about 30 minutes.
