I bought this recipe from our site a year ago, from Sabina, to whom I thank very much !!! ... it is a simple recipe that results in some fluffy and delicious cookies, which can be kept very well. for 5-6 days in a box / casserole ... the longer they stay the better :) :) :)

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 120 ml oil
  • 120 g of sugar
  • peel of a lemon
  • vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons coconut
  • 320 g flour
  • DECOR:
  • 5 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 2-3 tablespoons boiled water
  • esenta de rom

Servings: -

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

Mix eggs with water and sugar then add vanilla essence, lemon peel and oil. Add flour mixed with baking powder and the 3 tablespoons of coconut. The dough should be neither soft nor hard ... enough to stand on a spoon. We line a tray with baking paper and oil, then we grease our hands with oil and form balls of about 3-5 cm, which we place in the tray at a distance of 2 cm from each other. We put the tray in the preheated oven until they become red on the sole. From this composition results 30-32 cookies.

Decor: In a bowl put the powdered sugar, cocoa, oil and mix until it binds. Then add boiled water and rum essence. We get a glaze suitable for thickness. If we want a thinner glaze we can add 1-2 tablespoons of hot water. .

I apologize, of course, but it doesn't quite suit me. Maybe there are more options?
