I was left with a piece of Sibiu salami in the fridge, which had been there for some time and now I had a "hack". I "made" these mushrooms, which are delicious.
- 8 large mushrooms
- 100g salami (can be any)
- 100g melted cheese
- 100g cheese
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Green dill
Servings: 8
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Stuffed mushrooms:
We wash the mushrooms, remove their legs, salt them and leave them for 10 'on a paper towel. Meanwhile, clean and finely chop the onion and garlic, cut into cubes, the salami and the mushroom legs. In a pan, put a tablespoon of oil, when it has heated up, add the onion and garlic, then the chopped mushrooms and salami and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Take the pan off the heat, add eggs and half of the melted cheese, salt, pepper and mix everything well. Pass the mushrooms under a stream of water, to remove excess salt, put a little melted cheese in each mushroom, then fill with the above composition. Cover each mushroom with grated cheese, a little sour cream and a dill leaf. Prepare a tray, with baking paper, place the mushrooms, sprinkle them with the rest of the oil and put them in the oven, over medium heat, for 45 '. It can be served hot or cold as a main course or appetizer. Good appetite!
